Sparta specializes in the project management and delivery of safe rooms, bomb shelters, and protective infrastructure solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality clients across the UAE.
Sparta does not carry out construction or installation works directly. These activities are performed by a certified and qualified specialist partner engaged by Sparta. Sparta remains the sole point of contact for all clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Sparta provides the following project management services:
Initial consultation and feasibility study
Project planning and design coordination
Procurement and supply of certified materials
Technical supervision and quality control
Coordination with specialist execution partner
Final delivery and handover

3. Enquiries & Proposals

Submitting an enquiry, study request, or contact form on this website does not constitute a binding agreement. All proposals and quotations are subject to written confirmation by Sparta.

4. Pricing

All prices and quotations are provided in writing following a project study. Prices are subject to change based on project scope, site conditions, and material specifications. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the written proposal.

5. Execution Partner

Sparta engages a certified and qualified specialist partner for all engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, and construction works. This partner operates under internationally recognised quality and safety standards. Sparta is responsible for the overall coordination, management, and quality of delivery. Technical warranties on physical works are tied to the execution partner’s certifications and standards.

6. Confidentiality

Sparta treats all client information, project details, and communications as strictly confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except where required for project execution or as required by UAE law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Sparta Technical Project Solutions FZ-LLC. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
